At the moment an estimated 19,000 British people are unable to live in their home country due to the fact they are married to non Europeans. 

This is unfair as the way the laws are at the moment means a British citizen has to earn £18,600 to bring in their non European spouse to the UK. This ONLY applies to British people. European nationals have no money threshold and are able to bring in their non European spouse without any money regulation.

Please stand up for fellow British people who are being made to choose between their country and their families.The reason I am starting this petition is because I am personally affected by these rules. I am currently living in Spain with my Nigerian partner as we have been denied entry into the UK. I miss my mother and father who work very hard in the UK and I miss not being able to play with my niece and nephew. 

Your signature could make a difference. The immigration rules are wrong and they discriminate the British people. Bring families back together! Love shouldn't have a price !
