Grant entry clearance for mother and wife of British subjects
The Issue
THE DECISION(S) BY THE BRITISH EMBASSY IN MOSCOW TO DENY (TWICE) A VISITOR’S VISA TO EUGENIA TAIT, MOTHER AND WIFE OF ALDEBURGH RESIDENTS ANGELA JANE TAIT, AGED 5, AND CHARLES JAMES TAIT, SCHOOLTEACHER.
These decisions are a breach of the Human Rights Act article 8 and constitute an unwarranted and destructive intrusion in the life and well-being of a British family by a British government body. We, the undersigned protest that these decisions strike at the core principles of family integrity and unity in the community. We put our names to this petition to demand an immediate review of these decisions.
