Covid 19 At Home Depot policy needs changes
The Issue
- Enforce the SOP of sanitizing every 2 hours of registers and work areas
- Restore the one way in and one way out covid 19 policy and customer counting.
- Consultation over zoom or other video application for carpet or other appointments for customers.
- Associates are to be informed within 24-48 hours via email if an associate that works with them tests positive for covid 19.
- Closing will be restored to an 8pm close to allow for adequate time for sanitizing and down-stocking of products, until daily cases drop for said state to 300 a day.
- Mask policy will be changed to allow for customers to be removed from the store by management, if they are not wearing a mask and are harassing customers or associates.
