the chief executive has no heart to listen to hk people's voices, only caring for her own career. Both she and the chief police comissioner, Lo Wai Chung should first and immediately step down for they are the official mastermind to allow "black "cops to brutally harming our young protestors. The entire police manpower, authorities, welfare should be reviewed.and monitored by an independent legitimate body  reporting to the Lego Council only, and not to Carrie Lam. Hk people representatives, democratic party representatives , judges should be the main component of this legal body to closely monitor the entire police force code of conduct.
