Apologise for their irresponsible portrayal of Swami Vivekananda

This petition had 344 supporters

Revered Swami Vivekananda represents the values of the ageless, timeless Hindu civilization, Hindu value system and religion.

Swami Vivekananda, a handpicked disciple of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, represents the link between India as a nation and her hoary spiritual past.

Millions of Indians draw inspiration from Swami Vivekananda's life and teachings. Followers of the revered Swami do not share the view of 'The Hindu' on this matter. Not only is The Hindu's portrayal of Swami Vivekananda as a masculine sex symbol is wrong and derogatory, but also plain right shameful when used in the context of psychology of sex crimes.

Followers of Swami Vivekananda consider the above mentioned article highly offensive and demand an immediate apology from The Hindu.
