It feels like that there’s not many more signatures right now. I really hope that this petition will convince Disney to sell The Muppets back to Henson. I feel that Jim Henson’s legacy and influence is unfortunately lost. It seems that Disney hasn’t came up with any Muppet projects, except for the Henson Documentary on Disney Plus. And that there’s only about 2 or 3 people left who had ever worked with Jim Henson. I hope if I go to another Henson exhibit, I could ask Henson people if they think Disney is doing a good job. Which I doubt that, and there hasn’t been a new muppet film, since 10 years ago.
