I feel Disney is ignoring negative feedback of the Muppets. And Disney would rather focus on trying to do Muppets of marketing franchises, such as toys, products, puppets, games, theme park rides and clothing. I also wrote an email to Craig Shemin, The Jim Henson Company and Jim Henson Legacy saying I saw that for the Jim Henson Legacy is planning to do screenings for The Muppet Movie 45th Anniversary. But what about The Muppets Take Manhattan? Because it’s going to turn 40 this year. I also believe that Disney still needs to sell The Muppets back to the Jim Henson Company, because I feel Disney doesn’t treat them well enough with love and respect. And since the Muppets Mayhem series got cancelled and removed from streaming platforms I believe. And I believe Disney is erasing Henson from history, and it’s insane how the Disney Studios in Brazilian Portuguese and Latin American Spanish changed the names René and Caco to Kermit. Since people in Latin America and Brazil knew Kermit as Caco and René. As well as changing the name in Spain from Teleñecos to Muppets. Disney hasn’t made a Muppet movie in like 10 years. And I don’t like the new Muppet rebuilts either like Fozzie, Gonzo, Sam the Eagle and Miss Piggy. I always considered Kermit as a Sesame Street and Henson character than a Disney character.
