Today I went to the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus, New Jersey. I met Steve Whitmire, gotten autographs from Kevin Clash and Daniel Ross. I gave Steve Whitmire printer copies of the petitions I made. And said that Disney needs to sell The Muppets back to Henson. Plus said that that it seems that the Henson’s worship Disney as their overlords. And that he and Frank Oz need to convince the Henson’s that Disney needs to sell The Muppets back to Henson. Especially that Frank Oz got shunned from working with the Muppets. I also mentioned that Mickey makes me think of Pinky and the Brain wanting to take over the world. I don’t think Disney is doing a great job of the Muppets. I think we both also talked about the Disney deal may have made Jim sick and under a lot of stress. I can’t remember what he said to me. I also talked about when Disney acquired Fox, and Disney was Disney was very much about The Simpsons. However it was so great to go to the convention center and meet these people. I hope Steve and Frank will try to plan and convince the Henson’s that Disney needs to sell them. And perhaps I could buy The Muppets, but super challenging and many steps to do it. And I hope I could work for Henson and Sesame.
