I think Jim should've just wanted to make movies and shows to sell over at Disney. Not to sell his entire company, since Eisner wanted to get his hands on the Sesame Street characters. Frank Oz states "Jim was not a dealer, he was an artist, and it was destroying him, it really was.” There needs to be a court trial between Frank Oz, The Henson Family, Michael Eisner and the Disney Company on the death of Jim Henson. Exactly how there was a court trial between Dr. Conrad Murray and the death of Michael Jackson. Conrad Murray was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter. Kermit should've also still made appearances on Sesame Street in 1989 and 1990, as Henson entered negotations with Disney. Since Kermit is an important figure for Sesame Street.
