Stop Fieldstone from building apartments on Haddon Avenue

The Issue

If Fieldstone is allowed to build apartments at the former Dydee Wash site on Haddon Avenue our town will consist of more than 33% rental units. Fieldstone's plan includes no condominiums, town homes or retail, as previously promised. Instead they are now proposing 200+ apartments including 20+ low income units. The town is currently at a surplus of low income housing and has NO legal obligation to provide any additional low income housing. Other towns that have a glut of low income housing include: Camden, Pennsauken, Lindenwold, and Gloucester City. If those are towns you do not want to emulate, please sign this petition and let our commissioners know that we will support them in opposing the apartments on Haddon avenue!
