Employ more working class journalists

The Issue

The Guardian newspaper recently published an article on its on-line website highlighting how certain firms are effectively imposing 'poshness tests' on young people. The result of this is that bright but working class students are locked out of these career paths.

We wholeheartedly agree with The Guardian and believe that The Guardian needs to do more to ensure that its staff are from working class backgrounds. This list below highlights all those who went to fee-paying schools and studied at either Oxford or Cambridge.

Clearly The Guardian needs to do more to promote great working class talent.
