It has become more clear to me as I get further into my early adult years, that schools don't teach children about important life skills. Many approach their adult years knowing nothing about the importance of a good credit score, financial budgeting for bills and things like how to vote and who they might want to vote for in political elections. 

Even as adults many of us find ourselves struggling to get credit and mortgages, because we never knew how important these things were. Our parents have enough to teach us, and kids will take things more seriously that they learn at school rather than at home!
