My Cat pluto was Hit by a car the other night and killed instantly, the driver was speeding and did not stop. I think the law should be changed so that if a driver hits a cat they have to stop and report it. Drivers are always speeding up and down side roads around my House and something needs to be done. I would hate for anyone to have to go threw what me and my family have been going threw these past few days.
