Ugandans have freedom of speech given to them by the constitution of Uganda. Let government functionaries including the President, his son Muhoozi Kainerugaba, his wife Janet Museveni and all the security agencies stop abusing the freedoms of Ugandans.

Muhoozi who has accepted responsibility of illegally using security personnel to arrest Kakwenza Rukirabashaija should desist from abusing his powers as commander of land forces.
