It is estimated that before 1915, there were living approximately from 2-2.5 million of Armenians in Turkey. Therefore, in order to respect the Genocide Victims and as a small Reparations by Republic of Turkey for commiting of the Armenian Genocide making Armenia Language as a 2nd Official Language in the territories where Armenian Genocide and The Hamidian massacres happened and were the Armenian Population lived before the Genocide will be the Act of Justice, Great progress in Armenian-Turkish relations.

Genocide is the most vandalistic and cruel crime against the whole humanity and civilized world. Keeping silence and not recognizing the genocide as the act of staying in neutral position for gain and political issues is the same as denying it and encouraging new genocides to happen. The 20th century was not only the century of great technological, scientific, economical, and industrial achievements but also the century of war and blood, especially of the innocent blood. Many innocent people died during the first and second world wars and the cruelty was at its highest level. During the First World War, the Ottoman Empire massacred over from one and half to two million Armenians. Among many well-known scientists Armenian Genocide is considered and recognized as the first genocide of the 20th century.
