Today I found out I have HPV and abnormal cell changes. ( the stage before it can turn into cervical cancer) I had my smear just after turning 25. For HPV to effect the cervical cells, the person must of had the virus for a long length of time up to2 years + had I of had the smear a few years back when I had symptoms, maybe my cells wouldn't be affected now. I also had the jabs back in high school too protect against it. I DEMAND AND MANY OTHERS TO CHANGE THE AGE TO 18 AS MORE AND MORE YOUNGER WOMAN ARE BEING EFFECTED BY THIS. IT IS PUTTING OUR LIVES AT RISK.
