Good afternoon to all my lovely supporters. I hope everyone is having a lovely day. We're all home right now because of the COVID-19, and I just want to say hello to everyone and remind you to keep your spirits up!

Today's update is for people who knowingly or unknowingly wallow in self-victimization. Please do not be one of those people who loves to use the "racism" card all the time. Stop, think, go over the situation again and don't just jump at "oh this person is/was racist".

I'll give you an example. I was on Instagram last night, and I stumbled on a particular instagram celebrity's page. She identifies herself as "black", but that's not the point. She posted a caricature (funny animated drawing) of a "black" woman being arrested and the caption read "social distancing". If you are one of the people who think like this, you really need to work on yourselves and your mindset a lot. The entire world is on lock down. Everybody is socially distancing from the next, and the rule is to stay home, avoid crowds of more than 10 people, that really isn't hard to follow, IT'S FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION. Why do you then choose to try and make it an excuse that someone is being racist to you? The thing is, when you choose to think like that, you are choosing to live in fear of non existent things, then spreading that non existent and unfounded fear around and when people tell you that isn't the case, you get all defensive. Why?

Why do you want to force your wrong ideas on the majority of us who refuse to go with your negative thinking? You don't know you indirectly segregate yourselves having such backwards thinking. Another thing I want to say is: please don't be stubborn. In order for you to be happy and not think that you are being "oppressed", you have to be willing to not be stubborn. For example, if you're being asked a question, answer the question without a sense of "who does this person think they are to be talking to me". To make friends, you must be a friend. Going into a conversation with someone with a mindset that they have judged you or you judging them enslaves you in your own mind. Try releasing your mind liberate yourself.

Why is it that the less than average "black" woman responds to compliments with a scowl or some kind of not nice attitude? It just makes people not want to approach you. When you go with a predisposed mind to be rude, you subconsciously repel people away from you because no one; from any race, wants to be around a rude or negative or stubborn person.

Another thing is that you must be open to CHANGE. Change starts with you. Change starts the day you take responsibility for your actions and stop blaming the Government for yourself. The "system" is not the cause of your downfall, you yourself are the cause of your own downfall by your self-limiting beliefs and your closed mindedness to change. There is no "systematic racism", there is just you who needs to be a better person.

Something I want to add here is politeness. For some reason, there are a few "black" people who think it's okay to be rude to police. First of all, it is not okay to be rude to anyone, and second, why are you rude to police? Because you think it's cool? It's not cool, and it is impolite. You also dig yourself deeper into the wrong mindset that you are being victimized. You must release yourself from this awful and wrong mentality and ideology. Once you release yourselves from the prison in your mind, you release yourselves completely.

Another example is the case of ASAP Rocky the American musician. He was arrested in Switzerland and claimed that he was arrested because he was "black". He posted a series of instagram videos showing him talking to some men before he was arrested. Anybody with eyes can see those videos were clearly edited as there were time lapses and cuts and scene jumps. Then people jumped on the bandwagon of "they are being racist". No, they are not. You were not there, nobody was there but Asap Rocky and his posse and an edited video. I am not trying to discredit anybody, I am just saying people need to be able to think for themselves very well before jumping to sick and untrue conclusions because all you do is pass on fear and hopelessness.

It may be easier to hold on to the negative thinking because that is all you have ever known, but challenge yourself today and think for yourself that what if it isn't racism? That is how you end the poison in your minds. Treat yourselves with respect and stop falling into oppressed mode. Think, Think, and always Think.

Finally, stop always being on the defensive. If you are asked a question by anybody, answer honestly and truthfully and without anger or bitterness or thinking that person is against you. Stop unhealthy thinking, don't be apprehensive of "white people", don't go into life with the wrong idea that people automatically don't like you (you breed fear in yourself and your loved ones by doing this), trust people no matter their race, realize that you have a right to sound mind and create sound mind for yourself, live your life freely and stop being afraid of non existent things. Only you can save yourself and your mind from negativity and fear, no one can do it for you.

Take a cue from the Asians, Jews, etc. No matter what they faced, they moved forward as individuals and made themselves better. They set up businesses, they furthered their education, they were teachable, they were not stubborn, they did not have a haughty spirit, they did not dwell in victimization. Set yourself free.

Be good, be a good citizen, open your mind, be a good person, don't be rude, think for yourself don't let the media or naysayers or negative thinkers and people think for you. You are special, you are light, you have a voice.

Stop living your day to day lives thinking that someone is going to oppress you, because you cloud your own mind to seeing the best in your life. Don't be racist to yourself and stop victimizing yourself and see how much better your life becomes.

And to everybody else of every race: African, European, Asian, Latin American, Native American, etc, love one another. Have an open heart everybody. Don't judge anybody, you are not God. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Don't harbour hate against anybody or any prejudice in your heart. And people, go in life with happiness and positivity.

Eveybody is human, no one is better than anyone. We all work together because we are a team: THE HUMAN RACE. Love one another as Christ loved you.
