Also, please if you have time, please help me contact the city of Hamilton and tell them to change their very racist demographic job surveys.

They are forcing people to identify as "black" even though that is a colour, and NOT a race.

The options are: Asian, Chinese, Japanese, Native American, Black (very insulting and very ignorant). The city of hamilton shows it is a very ignorant organization by choosing to ignore that part of the immigrants that make this economy strong come from Africa. Trying to make people identify as what they are not is very wrong. I reached out to the city and they did nothing.
