You've taken a perfectly fine product and changed it to make it near impossible to use by removing the normal cutter that I and many other customers have used for as long as we can recall and you've replaced it with one that is hopeless, causes tangles and ends with a lot of wasted product!

You're website states that it is easier to use the new cutter but this is rubbish!
