Airlie Aqua Park is the newest mainland tourism attraction in Airlie Beach - situated on the water off Boathaven Beach/Beacons Beach. There are a couple of beach front luxury properties situated on the beach and they've pooled their money and threatened legal action against Airlie Aqua Park - they do not want this cool attraction in our little seaside town. 

Whitsunday Regional Council provided full approval prior to park owner Jason Ford investing $270,000 in a Wibit Waterpark to be installed on the public beach. With over 6000 fans on Facebook before we operated it is clear that the people want Airlie Aqua Park to stay! Please sign our petition to pledge your support :)

With a legal battle looming we'd love letters of support to be addressed to us for collation and we'll present them when needed as part of the court case.
