Fort Edward School Board President Tom Roche dismissed our first petition as nothing and filled with non-residents.  Even though it was predominantly FE residents.  This petition is for Fort Edward residents only.  We’ll top the last one!!!  We are also calling for the resignation of Tom Roche from the Fort Edward School Board!!!  He does not care about the Future of Fort Edward and has made that clear.

Again, we the residents of Fort Edward demand that the Fort Edward Board of Education end the annexation process on October 6th, 2021.  If they do not want to be representatives of OUR school, they can resign. If they want to be a positive part of our village and it’s impending resurgence, then become part of the future.  Otherwise, they will forever be remembered in Fort Edward by there destructive actions on October 6th.  

Further, the signers of this petition admit that we fell asleep at the wheel and allowed Tom Roche to continue on the board unopposed.  Due to his continued actions that threaten the future of our school and the entire community, we demand Tom Roche’s resignation from the Board of Education.  

This petition will include both online and personal signatures from Fort Edward School District residents.
