Following the FA’s statement on Thursday 28th March regarding Non League Football and it’s intention to expunge the results from the 2019/20 season and not utilising the PPG (Points Per Game) to award promotion/relegation as set out at the close of 2018/19.

The financial impact on clubs that have invested heavily in facilities to attract talent and develop football over the season to place themselves in the promotion spots has been over looked.

There is a reason that club’s are in the position that they are in with very few games left to be played should the season have continued normally.

The FA need to conclude 2019/20 the season and award promotion and relegation based on PPG.
