Referees are often given stick for their inability to control a game and make correct decision. No one can deny that this isn't a difficult task but as a trained professional referees should be good enough to be able to perform to the level expected. If a teacher fails to perform to the correct standard, they get sacked. If a policemen a fails to apprehend criminals, they get sacked. If a football manager fails to get his team to win, he gets sacked. The same should happen for officials. Jonathan Moss, on more occasions than we care to remember has tarnished the reputation of referees with unfair, ridiculous and, at times, bizarre decisions. It is now time for this to stop and for the Football Association to sit up and listen. Jonathan Moss should be banned from officiating any more football matches, full stop!
