The Fire Pipeline- Australia
The Issue
After the devastating bushfires experienced repeatedly in Australia over the last ten years which seem to be increasing in their intensity at an alarming rate & killing millions of animals, we have a proposal for a solution to this issue… “The Fire Pipeline”.
Our idea is simple- A pipeline network running both over & underground from the sea out into the bush lands. This pipeline then connects to a desalinating facility before then being carried on through the bush & on to various sprinkler systems set up at strategic outposts.
This fresh water supply will provide reservoirs for fresh drinking water for humans & animals alike. The sprinkler systems will supply a constant slow feed to dry areas to encourage new vegetation & to encourage the re habitation of wild animals. Tree & native species will also be reintroduced where needed & these will also serve to camouflage most of the overground pipeline systems.
These facilities will be connected to the main early warning systems at the national meteorological offices to ensure that the pipeline is ready to handle excess water needs for the damping down of ‘at risk’ areas should the need arise. The facilities, including desalinisation plants will use solar energy for power, thus reducing carbon output & ensuring that power is always available in remote areas.
This project has lots of exciting opportunities for new housing developments, new habitats for wild creatures, new schools, shopping centres, businesses, sports centres, outdoor activity centres, country golf clubs, outdoor & indoor adventure centres… etc.
“The fire pipeline” will create thousands of jobs during the construction phase & many will be retained once it is complete due to the ongoing maintenance requirements of the facilities themselves, & also the new housing developments built in rural areas where the lack of fresh clean water supplies had previously prevented habitation.
These new developments can be powered by clean energy in the form of solar panel farms & some wind turbines, therefore negating the need for miles of expensive electricity cables & pylons.
There are many more exciting aspects to this project proposal which can be found on our website at www.thefirepipeline.au
We are petitioning for signatures to hand to the Australian government asking for a Referendum on this project. It will be tax money well spent.
