We the Undersigned want Canadian cigarette smokers to get their rights back . We want to be able to smoke in our apartments , in restaurants and coffee shops , in doorways , at bus stops and for the grotesque , cold blooded warning pictures to be taken off our smoke packs and for the price of cigarettes to be lowered back down to $ 10 a pack .

We have the Right to vote , drink and smoke when we turn 18 . It's our Civil  Rights . It's also a thousands year old tradition and helped build North America . Smoking wasn't blamed for causing cancer until the 1900's - only with the Industrial revolution . Cancer might be caused by the Industrial revolution . or by the additives in cigarettes which can be omitted from cigarettes or cut in half and use only the non toxic ones .  Smoking is also Native - tobacco comes from the Americas . It's the Peace Pipe . We want to be able to smoke in peace . 45,000 people a year die from tobacco but 42,000 people a year die from obesity and 34,000 people a year die from fossil fuel pollution . Even according to them - we're just a number in the problem . Stop making us out to be evil . I'm part Metis and I'm really insulted by our lack of rights .  Stand by your fellow Man and Woman . We want Our Rights back !
