This petition is not aimed at any one person or organization but rather at everyone on the planet who participates in freedom of expression. I don't know if it fits within change.org rules but I'm going to give it a shot. The savage attack on the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo reminds us that tyrants fear ridicule more than death. If you use the Internet then you depend on freedom of expression. Respond to those who would enslave us all in the name of religion this way: If you have a one or more social media accounts--Facebook, Twitter or whatever--add these words to your bio or description: "Je suis Charlie," French for "I am Charlie." Imagine the message we could send if we all were to all stand together and do that. Sign this petition if you agree.
