Many supporters from numerous EFL clubs experience continuous poor quality service from iFollow commentary (source: Facebook and Twitter).

Fans are repeatedly complaining that the service has been faulty (with the loop ‘technical fault’ message playing instead) for some or all of a number of games.

This petition implores The EFL to urgently intervene to ensure that paying customers receive the service for which they have paid.
