The Dakota Access Pipe Line has recently gotten the attention of America. Many lies and propaganda have been issued against it. Construction has recently been halted although It has overcome all the governmental obstacles in the path of a project of this magnitude. The EPA, FERC and all the other governmental regulatory Agencies have deemed this project safe. Not only will this project help to secure energy Independence from foreign countries it will also provide many needed jobs. Contrary to the propaganda and lies, this project does not cross Indian Land and does not disturb any burial grounds. This is the safest mode of transportation for this oil. If this project is blocked it will set a precedent that could negatively affect the future of this nation's energy independence and future jobs of the American worker.

We now bring this petition forward to all agencies involved to reconsider this halt of construction, to expedite completion of this project and to protect the workers from the protesters.
