We have witness information that my nineteen year old son, who was not a criminal did not have a gun and we as his parents know he did not own a gun. We were members of neighborhood watch and became targets of the City Of Utica when our oldest son was named as a witness in a Police Brutality Case in Utica New York.Our son Jessie Lee Rose was stalked and killed like an animal by a corrupt police officer and his Family Gang drug dealer friends.We NEED a real investigation as they investigated themselves and did an EXTREME COVER UP FILLED WTHI SLANDER!!

What happened to our family and the murder of our son should never happen to any human being. We are Native American and this did have allot to do with our being targeted. We had been  victimized by hate crimes and slander for years because of the hateful anti-Native American politics of that area. We had to move miles away to get away from the constant police harassment. They deliberately ran us out of the city. We were homeowners and taxpayers but their hate was to much to overcome. We want JUSTICE FOR OUR SON JESSIE LEE ROSE!!

 I am still asking for a in depth investigation of sons Murder. The whole story is too much to write here, but the obvious is the incident itself as explained by the Utica Police Department is ridicules. Especially if you knew my son you would know it is impossible. Just the scenario that he shot himself with a shotgun when Officer Anthony Ellis was firing on him, but yet states Jessie pointed the gun at him. Jessie was shot in the chest and hand by the 9 mm gun of the officer. What those animals did to my 19 year old son for the five hours they had him and never contacted us is anybodies guess. There are allot of lies and slander on the part of the UPD and yes there are people who saw that Jessie did not have a gun!! There is also a known criminal that was in the park with the police who had been threatening my sons life before he was murdered. Yes, he was in the middle of the so-called investigation and fits the description of the shooter .It was a set-up and that's why the local authorities will not investigate it correctly. To much corruption that would be uncovered. The real truth needs to come out for the sake of whats right or else how much more moral decay will go on. Will Utica, New York always live up to it's nickname of "Sin City"?
