We want the Thoroughbred race horse trainer Amber Cobb banned from horse racing!
The woman in this video is a Thoroughbred horse trainer, long time condoned by the Delaware Horse Racing Commission . Her name is Amber Cobb and this video was produced so others could see this woman’s “training methods “. After they reviewed this video she was suspended for two years and then The Delaware Racing Commission reduced her suspension from two years to sixty days. Please sign our petition to hold Delaware Thoroughbred Racing Commission responsible and just as guilty of Animal Cruelty as this woman by reducing her sentence.
We will also demand an investigation by the Humane Society of the United States and we will be taking our petition to Senator Chris Coons and Senator Tom Carper to examine this incident and consider the evidence of long term cruelty to the horses in Amber Cobb's care. We will not stop until our demand is met. No person in the United States of America is immune from law braking and especially law breaking by hurting an innocent animal. Federal law of H.R.724 - Preventing Animal Cruelty and Torture Act was passed in 2019-2020 and animal cruelty is a crime in every state of the union It is a class A felony in all fifty states.
The Thoroughbred Racing industry is walking on eggshells as we speak because of the epidemic of deaths on the tracks and in training. We don’t need a racing commission that does not recognize the travesty of this hideous woman’s crimes because they decided to give her a pass. WE DONT AND WONT GIVE HER or any other person who practices violence in their training regimen. And to terrify a two year old filly WITH HER HEAD TETHERED TO THE WALL , is extremely heinous and we simply will not stand by and condone these hideous methods.
So, to The Delaware Racing Commissioners, we are demanding action by you in revoking any and all licensing for Amber Cobb to train, handle or per-sue any other lawful permissions to work with animals. We petition you good sirs and Madam: W. Duncan Patterson, Chairman, Edward J. Stegemeier, Secretary-Commissioner, Henry J. Decker, Commissioner, Debra M. Killeen, Commissioner, Richard A. Levine, Esquire, Commissioner and Sarah Crane, Executive Director.
You must ban this woman, NOW!
