The Issue

CW, for four years now, Arrow has has captured the hearts of fans across the globe. We watched it every week and remained loyal to the show, and it paid off. Arrow has become one of the highest rated shows not only on the network, but in the world. But now that's changing. Season 4 (and to some extent Season 3) has had a very negative impact on the community. Arrow's ratings are dropping, and it won't be long before another CW show overtakes Arrow. This can be attributed to two people: Marc Guggenheim and Wendy Mericle, the writers of the horrid Season 4. Guggenheim and Mericle have shown no regard for the fans going forward with the show, and have constantly plagued it with bad writing centered around "Olicity". But we put up with it. We watched and watched and hoped the show would improve, and it didn't. Episode 18 of Season 4 was the last straw. After the event that happened at the end of the episode, we the fans can no longer tolerate it. Guggenheim and Mericle need to go. They have done nothing but stain the amazing and brilliant drama/action adventure series that Arrow once was. If you want to make Arrow great again, fire these two people. Instate Berlanti as the primary writer of Arrow so it can be restored to its glory it once held during Season 1 and 2. Marc Guggenheim and Wendy Mericle, you have failed this show.
