Petition For Class Action Lawsuit Against Greyhound Lines

Greyhound Bus Lines has a 9 out of 200 for customer care (customercarescoreboard.)Obviously someone up top is not getting the message. Which is causing the customers time and money. From rude uncooperative customer service reps (i.e. hanging up, rude remarks, unwillingness to help, disrespectful,disinterest.) To buses that never show up let alone on time. To anyone who has been abused by this companies service this one is for you. Please share your stories. It is time for the customers to bite back and tell Greyhound that we will not take their less then sub par customer service anymore.
