Even though the CTA President Dorval Carter has complained about a workforce shortage, his agency is scheduled to layoff an large number of experienced, loyal, dedicated men and women who clean trains, buses and stations on December 29th. 

His highly-exploitative "Second Chance" Program is denying these human beings Full-Time Permanent opportunities. The filth on our vehicles and stations is overwhelming. The CTA is synonymous with odors of human waste, smoke and crime.
