One of the first blows against the exploitation of Second Chance Rail Car Servicers was to submit a Class Action Grievance. The CTA mismanagers lie to my brothers by convincing them to due Contract-breaking "Exterior Wash" duties. They say if they don't complain, they will make them Full-Time Permanent Servicers.

Some get it. Some don't. But that is the problem: The CTA mismanagers are picking and choosing who gets fired or Full-Time Permanent, based on discriminatory practices. The thing they hate most is when Second Chancers speak up and/or get get hurt doing Exterior Wash duties. 

I did a May Day speech about their suffering. 

I care deeply for the safety and dignity of the Second Chancers and my other Part-Time coworkers. The Customer Service Assistants and FTT Flagmen.
