Francis A. Ward has been attacking people from the LGBTQI+ community, especially when intoxicated from alcohol/narcotics. Last reported attack was Sunday, November 13th, 2021 at 60-66 Wardour Street, London W1F 0TA, police was involved although the individual accused the victims with possession of knives/offensive weapons which then was deemed to be untrue and just a diversion from one Francis Ward to get the upper hand in that situation.

This person has already received a CBO in the past - within another area in Surrey - and we want this to be the case here in London as well, within the whole Metropolitan Area or at the very least from all LGBTQI+ venues within the area. This person is a threat to the vulnerable and a danger to the public in general.

As part of the community I would NOT feel safe to partake in the venues I spend most of my time at, knowing that this individual could potentially show up and turn my time of enjoyment into a real nightmare.

This has gone on for long enough we demand protection of our community and we demand the Francis Antonio Ward to be prevented from making any contact or inciting to make any contact either physically, verbally via phone, messages, social media or through third parties with the LGBTQI+ community.
