A notice has been posted on the pedestrian entrance gate which states that the entrance will be permanently closed from next month.

Both alternative entrances are a considerable distance either along a main road or a dangerous country road with no pavement.

For me and many others this gate is the nearest point from my house to the Great Park and my wife and I use it several times a week.
