The Council acknowledges the significant level of development in Harold Hill in recent years and the strain it has put on the local community. Council therefore agrees to a complete moratorium on the establishing of further multi-dwelling developments

Harold Hill is becoming hugely over developed without any support or increase in doctors, hospitals, schools or social areas and without taking into consideration the existing wellbeing and needs of those already here. Our green land is being taken and built on to meet inner London needs. The elderly are being socially victimised and forced out of their homes.
