• To keep quality vendors in the market from leaving, a manager with less conflict in mind is imperative.
• For us consumers to want to shop at the market consistently, a happy environment is important.
• The residents of Malibu would like to see this market grow like other local farmers markets around Los Angeles county, into a wealth of choices, products and foods for our families.

We have witnessed, on multiple occasions, confrontations and even shouting matches with vendors, and staff, at the Malibu Farmers Market. After these incidents we have noticed the vendors, which of many we shopped with, no longer at the market and the same fate for the employees also. Over the year the market has been losing great vendors with wonderful products, after in-depth research, through talking with many of the vendors and seeing with our own eyes, the problem is clearly the current market manager Debra Bianco.

We are asking for her to step down, or be removed by the board which it seems she is also on ( http://cornucopiafoundation.net/about-us/board-members ), and hopefully this will allow many of the vendors that are missed by the consumers to return so that we can continue to purchase their products and produce. By showing your support we can fix this market and return it to the market that we all want with choices of products that are unique, healthy and needed.
