Petition of We the People to invoke the 25th Amendment in order to carry out Article 2, Section 4 of Our United States Constitution.

Representatives of the We the People do hereby evoke by our authority and as is our right The 25th Amendment article 2 section 4 of our US Constitution against Barack H Obama, the sitting 44th President of these United States on the grounds that we do not feel him competent, morally or mentally, to exercise his sworn duties in the Office of President.

Wherein he has publicly provided military funding to a foreign organization (The Muslim Brotherhood) who have sworn themselves enemies of these United States, jeopardizing our National Security and violating the letter and Spirit of our US Constitution; This is an act of treason against We the People.

Wherein he has not appeared by order of standing elected members of the Judicial Branch in lawful proceedings concerning his status and rightful ability to hold his office.

Wherein he has publicly stated through his administration that he has allegiance to and obeys orders of a Foreign organization (The United Nations) over the Representatives appointed by We the People. A violation of Our US Constitution and an act of Treason against We the People.

Wherein he has engaged our Military in conflict outside the scope of his authority given through our US Constitution by We the People . He has done so without the approval of the Congress and by such without the support of We the People in direct violation of our US Constitution an act of Treason against We the People.

Wherein he has publicly stated that he personally believes our US Constitution to be flawed and does not need to be followed in direct contradiction to his Oath of Office; constituting an act of Perjury against We the People and speaks to his mental instability in acting in the best interest of We the People.

Wherein he has ignored several reasonable requests by We the People for him to provide documentation of his birth records and school transcripts as a means to vet and establish his legal right to hold his office.

Wherein he accepted and held office as Chairman of a Foreign organization while concurrently holding the office of President of These United States a direct violation of Article 1, Section 9 of the US Constitution and an act of Treason against We the People.

Wherein he has made public statement that if his policy is not accepted by Congress and that non acceptance meets with resistance that he would bypass that Congress and, by Proxy, We the People; a direct violation of our US Constitution and an act of Treason against We the People. Said statement speaks to the mental competence of the President to exercise the duties of his office.

We the People, by our right as the ultimate authorities in our government, do hereby order The Congress of these United States, as representatives of our interests, to at once invoke The 25th Amendment of Our Constitution. In which Congress shall investigate and vote on the merits of this petition and if merit is found shall continue in which Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office shall be established and the Vice President shall become President.

We do hereby ascertain this as a lawful Petition to invoke our Authority and Rights under our US Constitution by the signing below.
