Dirty, Broken and just plain incorrect.

The ghost of the old charcoal chicken shop haunts this Chinese Restaurant which I've never seen actually open for the last 2 years. If it is permanently closed what a wasted opportunity for a perfectly good bar or cafe with all that room for tables out front on Dennison Mall.
