As Israelis and Palestinians (I-P) continue to fight since 1947, the World continues to suffer. This petition is to create a global awareness that there is a code of conduct and accountability even in a war.

I would be idealistic to think that the world can always live like one happy big family. But intentional and disproportionate use of force in a conflict should be treated as a War Crime and all persons, groups and countries must be held accountable.

Unless we agitate, innocent citizens, women and children will continue to be massacred.  Unless we speak and act, there will be more Gazas the world over. Unless we oppose injustice, War Crimes will continue and grow.

The I-P conflict has displaced millions of people, killed hundreds of thousand of innocent civilians including women and children and wounded countless more. It has resulted in the creation of groups who call themselves freedom fighters while others call them terrorists. Here are some estimated figures from the May 2021 I-P conflict of only 11 days:

Palestinian Deaths in Gaza.       255

This is a disproportionate use of Force.  The Israeli Military Chief stated that he did not have a 'gram of regret' in bombing Gaza.  It is clear that Israeli bombing was indiscriminate and intentional.

Israel claims that  civilians are used as a 'human shield'. The population of Gaza is 2 million. At best, Hamas has 20,000 members or 1% of the population. Israel claims all 2 million are human shields.  Did the 66 children who were killed have a premonition that Israel was going to bomb or Hamas lined them up in the streets for 11 days?? The human shield argument is a hoax to deflect criticism.

Unless the UN and ALL OF US put pressure this will be repeated AGAIN and AGAIN!
