Help the College of Charleston Public Health graduates walk across the stage during the same ceremony!

As many of you may or may not know, the students of the Public Health programs, both BS and BA do NOT graduate together. The BS students graduate with the School of Education, Health and Human Performance….while the BA students graduate with the School of Humanities and Social Sciences. Historically, these two schools have not graduated at the same time due to their large sizes. 

Many students in our program became great friends because of Public Health and NOT based solely on our involvement in the arts or the sciences. 

Do you believe it is necessary and important for the College of Charleston to recognize that all the Public Health students, regardless of degree track, deserve the opportunity to support each other and celebrate the milestone of graduation at the SAME ceremony? Do you believe that all Public Health students should see their favorite faculty members in the audience…the ones that both taught and mentored us during each of our journeys at the College?
