Which I urgently believe needs reforming.  EHCP education health and care plan which must strictly be about education.  Which is one of the action which I am calling for the government concerned within The Claudes SEN Law: Lets Change the symptomatic rhetoric disconnected  behaviour for SEN Education under the name of non delivery in funding and education.
