This petition is to educate the public about the deplorable conditions at the Wichita Animal Shelter and why conditions will never change as long as it continues to be ran by incompetent, uncompassionate supervisors. I am asking you, the public, to call upon the City Manager {Robert Layton} and The Mayor {Carl Brewer}, to ask for the immediate removal and replacement of the supervisors Drew Bessey/Dennis Graves. They have been allowed to mishandle the shelter and field operations for far too long and it’s time for a CHANGE! Please join me in calling and emailing Mr. Robert Layton and Mr. Carl Brewer in hopes they will get the message loud and clear, we no longer want our hard earned tax money to be spent paying these two supervisors.
