The owner has repeatedly assaulted customers and passers-by, without provocation. She is very aggressive and hostile towards all potential customers. She is a serious threat to the safety of our community and children, as she is violent towards children as well. I know because she verbally assaulted my family and myself for walking through her parking lot, which backs up to the bike trail that connects to our neighborhood. (We take our kids this way to treat them to Ice Cream). There is a WELL USED AND BEATEN path from the bike trail down to the grass. She then proceeded to follow us in her vehicle continuing to verbally assault us across the shopping center parking lot, so close that had one of my children fallen off their scooters she would have hit them.  The Springfield Police Department consider her a KNOWN NUISANCE. The people of Springfield would like this establishment closed so that a community positive business can open in its place to improve our community not rip it apart
