If all three cities give the green light, the Willand Drive facility will operate 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. from Nov. 29 through April 1, Monday through Friday, and for 24 hours per day on weekends. Additional weekday hours of operation may be provided as needed for multi-day cold-weather events.
