Petition continues through warm weather..

Although winter has officially ended and spring is upon us, our petition continues. We should always be thinking of ways to keep people who are homeless warm in the winter with a permanent reliable warming center. It isn't something that can be solved overnight. It should be prepared in advance so that when winter arrives, there is NO one left out in the cold.
