I cannot declare a victory for this petition...

...but Operation Blessing is offering their services for a warming center. I would urge anyone interested to keep up with the latest developments through Seacoast Online.

I will only post one more update on March 3rd, after my meeting with the city manager just so I can bring some kind of closure to the cause. I am leaving the petition open as who knows what will happen or if it will work out. I will document our meeting in order to keep everyone in the loop.
