The City of LA plans to sacrifice almost all* of the street parking on Bundy Drive and Centinela in favor of bike lanes. 
If the bike lane proposal goes ahead it will result in severe competition for parking spaces on all side streets off Bundy Drive and Centinela. This will mean you may not be able to park outside your own house or apartment anymore, neither will your family or visitors. It will also mean that vulnerable women, elderly people, and those with mobility problems who currently enjoy the convenience of being able to park close to where they need to be will have to park further away, if they can find a parking space at all. 
Much as I agree in principle with the use of bike lanes, this proposal has not taken into consideration the already overcrowded, and therefore much in demand, street parking on Bundy and Centinela.
