The local citizens of the City of Hartford are directly impacted by the poor quality of our water. We are always under a boil advisory without public notification. I encountered several statements including my own stating that water causes health concerns. The citizens of Hartford KY. wash dishes and bathe in unhealthy water. It's unsafe to drink.

If the City of Hartford does not take action on this ongoing problem, our local citizens are at a higher health risk. Increased hospital bills. Possibly long term health problems.
